DYNAMATIC AEROSPACE™ Launches Facilties

On 10th February 2005, DYNAMATIC AEROSPACE™, a division of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, launched its manufacturing facility at Dynamatic Park, Bangalore, for the manufacture of major airframes aircraft structures. Shri B K Handique, Union Minister of State for Defence and Parliamentary Affairs, formally inaugurated the facility at a glittering ceremony which was attended by dignitaries such as Mr. N R Mohanty, former Chairman of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Air Chief Marshal (Retd.) S Krishnaswamy (Former Chief of Air Staff) , Dr. K G Narayanan (Distinguished Scientist and Former Director of ADE), Dr. Aprameyan – Ex Chairman and MD of BEML and Chairman of the Dynamatic Technology Development Committee, Former Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, Mr. A B Datar and Mr. J K Malhoutra (Parliamentarian and Founder Chairman of Dynamatic Technologies Limited).

According to Mr Udayant Malhoutra, President & Managing Director, Dynamatic Technologies, “We believe that our Company is poised to leverage the best practices we have cultivated over the last decade in manufacturing, coupled with the best brains and professionals in the industry, to be able to provide world-class manufacturing and engineering facilities. The global outsourced aerospace engineering services market is estimated to be US $50 billion per annum. Currently HAL has taken a lead in addressing this global market and companies such as ours in the private sector will follow them in growing the market in India.” added Mr. Malhoutra.

Elaborating about the facility, Air Cmde.(Retd) Ravish Malhotra added, “In a relatively short span of five years, we have developed into India’s largest private sector manufacturer of Aerospace components and air–frame structures. Our investments in a brand new state-of-the-art facility shows our commitment to this industry and its business potential over the next few years.”
