Inauguration of Skill Development Training Centre at Dynamatic Park

An Aerospace Skill Development Training Centre was inaugurated at Dynamatic Park on 18 April 2016, by Mr. Ashwani Bhargava, Director, Enterprise Supplier Management, Boeing India, in the presence of Udayant Malhoutra, CEO & MD, Dynamatic Technologies Limited. This will provide hands on training to newly inducted technicians in the niche aerospace manufacturing activities. The Center will also be utilised to provide Continuity and Refresher training to the experienced employees. First batch of newly inducted trainees is already benefiting from the training facilities and will be Shop Floor ready the day they complete their training, thus providing a confident and well trained work force for captive utilisation.

On 13 April 2016, Dynamatic Technologies hosted a high level delegation from Boeing Vertical Lift Division. The delegation comprised Mr. David Koopersmith, Vice President & General Manager, Boeing Vertical Lift Division, Mr. Stephen Parker, Vice President, Cargo Helicopters H-47 Chinook Program Manager, Boeing Vertical Lift Division, Ms. Kimberly A. Smith, Vice President Attack Helicopters, Mr. Tim Sassenrath, Vice President, Boeing Vertical Lift Sustainment Global Services & Support and Mr. Dennis D. Swanson, Vice President, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, India, Mr. Anurag Verma, Supplier Management, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, India, Mr. Ashwani Bhargava, Director, Enterprise Supplier Management, Boeing India and other Senior Executives from Boeing India.

The team was briefed by the CEO & MD about all activities of the Company with particular reference to resources and infrastructure available to the Company for manufacture of aero structures and the future expansion plans including foray into manufacture of composites.

On the Shop Floor, the visitors interacted with our Leadership Team including the new joiners and discussed activities related to manufacture of aft Pylon Assembly and Cargo Ramp Assembly for the Boeing Chinook CH-47F Helicopter, which is Boeing Defense Systems’ largest and most complex export program out of India. The team was pleased to witness the huge effort being put in by our employees and the Specialists from Boeing to meet the stringent quality standards for manufacture of critical aero structures for the Boeing program.
