In preparation for the Kannada Rajyotsava, several competitions were held at Dynamatic. One of them was a creative ‘Floor Decoration’ competition between departments, which was held on 30th November 2016. This is an inter-department competition focussing on triggering the creativity of our employees, while engaging them to succeed as teams.
Themes celebrated were Make in India, Swachh Bharat and Financial Integrity, all of which have been enthusiastically embraced by the Company.
‘Rangoli’ techniques were incorporated into the exercise, making use of oil lamps, natural dyes, salt, leaves, flower petals, and even metal shavings from the machine shop.
