Dynamatic Technologies Limited has acquired the Hydraulic Business Division (Swindon Unit) of Sauer Danfoss Limited, UK, through its subsidiary Dynamatic Limited, UK, on 15 June 2007. This acquisition will provide Dynamatic Technologies with a global sales footprint, as well as a world-class manufacturing facility at the customers’ doorstep. The Company will also gain an excellent engineering laboratory with a large amount of intellectual property. Dynamatic Technologies perceives that this acquisition will grant it quick and easy access to the European and US markets, bring in new OEM customers while enhancing the Company’s potential to develop its aftermarket business. The Company also expects to acquire better technologies to support overall business and gain overall inorganic business growth with a better synergic effect.
