Dynamatic Technologies, the single source supplier of Flap Track Beams for the Airbus Single Aisle Aircraft Family, has produced the 1000th set of the Flap Track Beam.
This land mark event which comes within 3 years of commencement of commercial supplies to Spirit AeroSystems, was celebrated at Dynamatic Park on 21st May 2012, during the visit of a high level delegation of Procurement Managers from the various EADS business units including Airbus, Airbus Military, Cassidian, Eurocopter and Astrium.
Dynamatic Technologies, through its partnership with Spirit AeroSystems (Europe) Limited, manufactures Flap Track Beams for every variant of Airbus’ best-selling Single Aisle Aircraft (A318, A319, A320 & A321) Family at its state-of-the-art facility in Bangalore, India, and has been the single source supplier since 2010.
The EADS team of Senior Procurement Managers who were in India to study the business opportunities available in India, spent an interesting afternoon at Dynamatic Technologies where they were able to view the live manufacturing of the Flap Track Beams and also, engage with Dynamatic’s Aerospace Team for a better understanding of the Company’s growth story and the development of the Airbus-Spirit-Dynamatic Technologies partnership
