Dynamatic Technologies Limited has signed a global outline agreement with BELL Helicopter and Textron Systems, which establishes it as a single source supplier of major airframe assemblies for the BELL 407 GX and 407 GT. The agreement which follows a Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two companies in 2012 to mutually explore business opportunities for the production of Bell’s model 407 airframe assemblies, is for a period of seven years with options to extend through the life of the product.
